Strengths: Motor rewinds, Machine shop, Control panel design and build, Fault finding and repairs.
Comments: Good all round knowledge, likes a project and a challenge.

Comments: Richard excells in all areas of work, he is very competant within the machine shop area. Has is genuinely interested in all aspects of engineering including control panel design and automation. Although Richard is relatively new to our company he is very highly valued.
